Introducing Kevin White

You might have seen a new face in the Y.A.C. class at Third, it is none other than Kevin White.  He is a new intern at Third Pres and will be focusing on the young adult community.  Kevin is a full time student at Union Presbyterian Seminary and he, along with his wife and son, have been attending Third for about two years.  We're excited to have Kevin with us!

Join us Sunday Mornings at 9:30 for Sunday School

The Truth Project/YAC Sunday School

Join us as we go through Del Tacket's The Truth Project, a comprehensive course on the relevance and importance of living out a Biblical worldview.  We meet at 9:30 AM in the multipurpose room of the 500 Forest building.  Facilitated by Stephen Jenkins.

Want more information?  Contact robert.m.cochrane@gmail.com.

If people are willing, we often get a group together to grab lunch after the 11:05 service, so check out Sunday School and find out where Lunch is that Sunday!

Come Worship with us this Fall!

600 Forest Avenue
Fall 2012 - Spring 2013 Schedule

Third’s 8:30 a.m. Sunday service in the sanctuary features contemporary worship choruses and great hymns of the faith led by a music team using guitar, cello, and other instruments. The sacrament of Communion is observed weekly.

Our 9:30 service in the fellowship hall is contemporary in format.

The 11:00 a.m. service in the sanctuary is traditional, with hymns sung and music led by a choir.

An 11:05 a.m. service in the fellowship hall offers a second opportunity for contemporary worship.

(Note: On Sunday, September 30, worship will only take place at 11:15 a.m. - a traditional service in the Sanctuary, and a concurrent contemporary service in the fellowship hall.  These services will be followed by an inportant congregational meeting at 1 p.m. in the fellowship hall.)

The same scripture provides the theme for the sermon preached at each service. We invite you to explore the options for worship at Third.
